#lotf blood covered au

Uhh.. insert like.. hella trigger warnings here (like s-icide type trigger warnings-)

This isn't a serious post! It's just about my blood-covered-au :)

So basically what the au is, is just the events on the island, the exact same as they happened in the book, except for the very end where except rescue came whilst Ralph was running from the hunters, he didn't, and he ended up being caught and his head put on a stick. And it just escalates from there. Since Ralph is now dead Jack basically has full power, and this just leads to madness and chaos. And after time, the hunters just start killing off everyone else. So here's the list :)

So as previously stated, Mulberry, Simon, and Piggy all died the same way, so, yeah. And then Ralph, as I already said his death

Maurice - (in for a treat) so, after Ralph's death, Maurice wasn't necessarily that thrilled to follow and support Jack. He was the one who didn't lose all his sanity, and tried talking to the others, saying that what they're doing isn't good. But, nobody listened to him, and that turned into every time he hesitated or spoke up, he got a "punishment." His ghost has multiple bites and scratches, along with the more major injuries like his foot missing, his hand missing, a couple fingers missing, his ear and eye missing, and also a couple teeth to go along with it. :)

Now SamnEric were also along with Maurice, thinking that Jack and everyone else were completely mental. but after seeing Whaat happened with Maurice, they decided to not talk much about it. Anyways, after time, Jack was getting annoyed at how Eric and Sam had to do things together. He started to see Sam and Eric as two different people, so, he started to split them up to do separate jobs. Obviously the twins didn't like it, but Sam learned to just deal with it and suck it up. Eric didn't, though. He'd basically just freeze whenever his brother was out of sight. So, Jack saw this as just useless dead meat, and decided to just kill him off. (I forgot how brutal I made this lol) So, Jack decided to uhhh, get Sam. And teach him out to skin. ... On Eric. Jack made Sam skin his own brother alive :)

Anyways moving on, next up is Johnny. He just died because of like, disease. You- youve seen how he was like in the book :/

Then Percival, who was roasted on a spit. Like.. imma say it was a test to see how it worked before using it on pigs

Then Wilfred, who just died due tooooooo.. ☆⁠ exsanguination ☆⁠ (that's just a fancy way to say blood loss) mainly because he was like the toy. Maybe the hunters continued to just beat up his body after he died :)

Then finally Sam gets reunited with his brother. He died to Roger shoving rocks down his throat:)

Then all the other useless child boys. Bill died by being crushed by a tree. Harold died due to drowning. Henry died due to being like.. force fed/"water" boarded in rotting pig guts. And Robert died like Prometheus did, with being stabbed in his spleen or kidney or something and being pecked at by Segals :)

Now the only people left are Jack and Roger. I haven't decided what caused it yet, perhaps it was just Rogers sick thinking, but, one night he poisoned Jack by secretly putting angel trumpets in his food. (Which I like because I'm pretty sure angel trumpets have a religious meaning and it's meant to bring a person to a peaceful passage to the afterlife lol)

Then after awhile I suppose Roger couldn't handle being all by his lonesome so he tied a bunch of vines together to make a rope type thing. He then made a noose with it, attached it to Castle rock (like put it under a bolder) and jumped off :D

Anyways, uh, yeah :) (I have a drawing of Roger hanging but I'm unsure if I can post that on Tumblr -- also I'm too lazy to take a picture of it)

LOTF-tober, Day 2 : The Lil'luns

Headcanons involving/revolving around the Lil’luns =]

` ~  Jack doesn’t like the Lil’luns, but he isn’t about to go beat them up; his time  is too ‘precious’ to be wasted on them

` ~  Roger, on the other hand, could care less about his time, and finds bullying and taunting them funny; “Jack– Jack look! They’re like little ants. And then you can just go– *makes squashing motion with his fingers* isn’t that funny?”

` ~  Ralph finds them to be funny in the same way he finds Simon funny

` ~  That being said, Ralph is an only child, and doesn’t really get them in general

` ~  Maurice loves the Lil guys! He plays with them in the same way that adults play with babies

` ~  Bill doesn’t hate nor like them; if anything, he worries that they’re gonna get severely injured with all the shenanigans that the choir gets up to (and Ralph climbing on rocks)

` ~  Harold is practically their older brother

` ~  Best bro; he stays up with them after they wake up from a nightmare about the Beastie

` ~  Sam’nEric are basically that Uncle that shows up to Thanksgiving dinner after seven years with the wildest story

` ~  Sam: “Oh yeah, Eric fell down a well one time and I had to get him out”

` ~  Simon is actually pretty decent with kids

` ~  He’s just got that +aura, if you get what I’m saying

` ~  Modern AU: Simon crocheted Percival a stuffie of the Beastie based off all his descriptions, and it basically became a stress plushie for him

` ~  Piggy is okay-ish with them; he’s better with the quieter and less snotty Lil’luns

` ~  Even still, after so much time with them he’s just like– “eugghhhh, children”

` ~  That introverted older sibling, basically

` ~  Peter has selective mutism

` ~  Poor guy lost his friend in the forest ={

` ~  “Adam Jackson was next to me  .   .   .  but he isn’t–”

` ~  “Isn’t what?”

` ~  “Isn’t here?”

` ~  Percival had those overprotective parents who are like, ‘Memorize this, and this, and this, and don’t forget about that, that’s the most important part– actually, all of it is important; don’t forget it’

` ~  Johnny has a missing tooth, and it gives him the cutest freaking grin EVER

` ~  He’s the only Extroverted kid Piggy can handle, and everyone just really likes him

` ~  Adam Jackson was originally Peter’s bestest friend, but since he went missing and never turned up again, Peter became very anti-social, and just refused any talking to anyone

` ~  Even Simon!

` ~  Johnny didn’t mind though; they have that Sun + Moon friendship

` ~  Henry’s a bit of a bully to some of the other Lil’luns, but like, Elementary school level bully

` ~  Lowkey a bit of a hypocrite; he got so mad when Roger was throwing stones at him

` ~  Percival is still bitter about Maurice knocking over his sand castle and kicking sand in his eye; he only accepted his apology because Simon urged him to

` ~  Phil is just a really hyperactive kid; probably has ADHD like Ralph

` ~  He’s also a little more privileged

` ~  Definitely thought the Beast was basically the Devil (which, I mean, Beezlebub is ‘the Lord of the Flies,’ sooo, not far off?)

` ~  The Lil’luns were TERRIFIED when Simon came stumbling out of the forest

` ~  And then when he wasn’t there in the morning????

` ~  Piggy told them to cover their ears before he started screaming at Ralph about how that was Simon that they murdered in cold blood

` ~  Since then, the Lil’luns basically were forgotten

` ~  In their eyes, Ralph still cared

` ~  Truth be told, he had bigger problems to deal with (*cough* Jack *cough*)

` ~  Hey! At least all the Lil’luns got off the island safe and sound!–

` ~  .   .   .  oh

` ~  whoops

i’m reading a book called lord of the fly fest by goldy moldavsky and it is. literally a lotf au and i love it so much

it’s about a group of teens, a mix of musicians, influencers, and fans, who are stranded on a tropical island after a trending music gathering called fly fest turns out to be a scam

the main character is rafi (ralph), who has a podcast and is currently investigating whether musician river stone killed his girlfriend. she is wandering in the woods when she meets peggy (piggy), a non binary techie who is the only one able to figure out how to access wi-fi (the specs)

rafi has a microphone (the conch) and calls everyone together on the beach. there she meets many other kids, including twins paul and ryan (sam and eric)

then, the dangerously self absorbed influencer crowd shows up (the choir) lead by queer makeup artist and all around asshole jack dewey (jack obvy). he, rafi, and river go explore the island while peggy keeps track of the others.

next, rafi meets sierra madre (simon) a beauty influencer thought of as the prettiest person ever with a strange but sweet personality. she quietly assures rafi it will all be okay because everything will always turn out good and gives rafi a flower crown. sierras a bit looks-focused but is still kind:

it took me a while to figure out who rivers lotf equivalent is, but as soon as rafi saw him brutally gutting a fish in the dead of night i knew he was roger. he acts very roger-y as well.

other cool little details:

-greer (percival). they are greer at the first meeting, smaller than the rest, and always crying about something. she wants her villa, she wants her vegan sandwich, she wants her mom, she’s worried all the time, etc

-instead of painting their faces with blood, jack wannabies cover themselves with his beauty products which i think is silly

-peggy is highly revered and respected for their ability to get wi-fi, but jack and his gang eventually break into their tent and steal their router (stealing the specs)

-sierra does not die like simon, but goes missing, and rafi suspects jack and/or river killed him

-in a nod to jack merridews hunting obsession, jack says “are you saying there are wild hogs on this island? if i wanted to party with wild hogs, i would have gone to my cousin lionel’s seventh birthday party”

-in the first scene with the influencers, one of them passes out, and jack says “probably from secondhand embarrassment”

so. basically.

this book is really cool so far because. its literally lotf. it’s an interesting au as well?? like rafis one of the only people who isn’t a very stuck up influencer. it was written in 2022 so it has commentary on gen z culture, social media pros and cons, the pandemic, and good queer rep. it also stays true to the dangerous nature of children that lotf has, just with less murder lmao.

i really recommend this book to the lotf fandom in general!! i got it at my local library but i’m sure you can find a free audiobook version or get it online.

Uh..

I'm Charlie/Charles or anything really (I have Identity crisis often)

I just draw random things with LOTF, and sometimes other fandoms

I've got multiple A.U.s for LOTF, those being a Western au, an apocalypse au (which I have an ask blog), a genocide au (that I call the "blood covered au"), and another au where I just gave all the boys wings :)

I've also got a separate blog where it's for LOTF fanfics

And I also have this thing called "Fly-bys" where I basically dump designs and headcanons on each of the boys (it's not even close to finished and I haven't done it in months-)

And that's pretty much it. I try my best to draw and post often but it doesn't get put into place much..

Soo, I'm currently in the process of making an A.U. where the hunters "slowly" kill off everyone else and soon eachother and just.. death. It's all death.

I was just gonna info dump but unfortunately I'm sick and don't have the patience to draw everyone and their ghost designs. So I'd thought I'd just share what I have currently :) (also, I've only came up with the story as far as this so it works out.!)

First, an explanation of how I think ghosts work. (Sorry for crappy handwriting. Maybe I'll translate it later)

(*also forgot to mention that if the person is screaming when they die, it gets cut off and then finished by their ghost self. So it'd be like AAA- -AHH. kind of. Also, when the person gets into their ghost form, ((if it's not a slow death where they feel their consciousness slip away)), it feels like getting air after being suffocated :3)

Anywho, canon deaths are canon deaths. Basically in this a.u everything happened the same until the whole man hunt with Ralph (this is where Ralph actually got caught and his head got put on a stick.)

So here's mulberry!

And I didn't do piggy and Simon because I've been drawing piggy a lot so eh. And Simon has a lot of injuries/wounds and I don't feel like drawing that so yeah. Also, I didn't change much about their deaths.

Ralph is the same from my "ghost Ralph a.u." post. Although I forgot to mention that ghost Ralph's voice is very raspy and he can't raise his voice mainly because of his VOCAL CHORDS BEING SHREDDED.

Yeah.

Now, here's where it gets uhm.. gruesome.

The next person who I would imagine would die is Maurice.

(pretend like I added a hunter paint design. I've been meaning to do that but ehhhh I don't feel like it.)

I feel like Maurice would realize what the hunters is doing is really wrong, and tried to talk everyone out of it, trying to remind them that they're humans and that they don't kill people, but Jack ignored his rambling. And after a while, Jack got sick of his whining, and threats became actions, and he and Roger started to.. tear him apart, basically.

He's missing two fingers, a ear, a foot, a hand, and an eye. (He lost in that order.)

Don't know if I should make them have a merciful killing, by just like, stabbing Maurice in the heart or something to end his suffering, or for him to slowly die of infection, disease, and exsanguination. (Blood loss)

Uhm. Yeah. So, brutal.

I do have Sam and Eric's deaths made up but I don't really feel like drawing them. (Spoiler alert, they don't die together.)

So that's all I have for now, I'll keep yas updated!
